4. Special Status :

A member may be placed in special status, retaining all privileges of membership, if he has been incapacitated for a peroid of at least ninety(90) days through illness or accident.His dues may be waived during his peroid of incapacitation.Such status may be granted upon application and approval by the Board of Directors.

5. Residency Member :

Applicants may be accepted as residency members by a majority vote of the Board of Directors after completion of all membership requirements.He shall have all rights of membership except the holding of office.Upon completion of his residency,he will be eligible for election to membership at the next Annual Meeting or meeting of the Board of Directors.

1. The fiscal year shall begin on September 1st of each
year, at which times dues shall be due and payable to Executive Director.

2. Failure to pay dues for one year after having been duly notified by the executive Director shall be just cause for automatic suspension from membership.

3. Re-instatement of a suspended member shall require that all deliquent dues shall be paid.

4. After one year a suspended member shall automatically have his membership terminated and shall be duly notified by the Executive Director.

5. A resigned member wishing to reinstate must pay a reapplication fee as well as th ecurrent years dues.
