OFFICERS

2007 Officers

The officers of AAHHP shall be President, First Vice-President,
Second Vice-President, Executive Director and Editor.

1. Officers with th exception of the Executive Director and the Editor shall be elected at the time of the annual AAHHP meeting and shall assume their offices before adjourment of said meeting.

2. Term of office shall be for one(1) year or until successors are elected.

DUTIES OF OFFICERS

The President (add) The President shall:

1. Call and preside at all AAHHP meetings and perform all the duties which are in keeping with the office of President.

2. Serve as a member ex-officio of all committes.

3. Appoint all standing committes subject to the approval
of the Board of Directors.

4. Perform the duties as assigned by the Board of Directors or as outlined in other portions of these bylaws.

5. Serve as Liason Officer with the Liason Chairman between the AAHP and the APMA and/or its affliates as well as with the accredited podiatric medical colleges.

President The First Vice-President shall:

1. In the absence of the President, perform the duties of the President and at all times render assistance to the President.

2. Serve as Chairman of the Board of Directors.

The Second Vice President

1. The Second Vice President shall in the absence of the President and First Vice President, perform the duties of the duties of the President.

2. Serve as Chairman of the Program Committe.
